Pricing and Plans of RDV Confirm

RDV Confirm is free for life. No hidden fees, no commission, and above all no limited freemium offer (for example, free for 28 days or up to 30 appointments, then paid). All current and future features are included at no extra cost.

• Limited SMS: SMS is limited to 50 per month and becomes paid beyond that (€0.07/SMS in Europe, $0.03/SMS in the US), as these costs are charged to us by the carriers.
• Unlimited emails: Appointment confirmation and reminder emails are unlimited, within the scope of normal use for your clients or patients.
• Unlimited clients and appointments: You can manage an unlimited number of clients and appointments without additional fees.

This free offer will not last forever. Once the product reaches maturity, it will become paid for new subscribers. However, as a current user, you will continue to enjoy your free plan.

The client can book their own appointment through our online booking website, or you schedule their appointment by phone or during their visit. The client or patient receives a confirmation of their appointment with all the necessary information, and 48 hours before, they receive a reminder, by email, SMS, or both (configurable).

This way you reduce the number of clients who do not show up due to forgetfulness. The client can also cancel or reschedule their appointment independently.

With RDV Confirm, you benefit from permanent and full access to your data. Whether you are at the office, at home, or on the go, your history and shared documents are always at your fingertips, from any connected device.

The complete history of your appointments allows you to quickly review past interactions with your clients or patients. You can find appointment dates, important shared information, as well as personal notes you have taken.

In addition, you can share and view documents directly from the platform. For example, prescriptions, medical orders, or documents specific to your consultations can be stored securely and accessible only by authorized persons.

Thanks to this feature, you save time and improve the quality of your interactions. Immediate access to key information also strengthens the trust of your clients or patients, who know you are well organized and prepared. This solution is particularly useful for professionals with a heavy workload or complex patient file management.

While all our features are free, costs apply for:

• SMS sending beyond 50 per month (€0.07/SMS in Europe, $0.03/SMS US). Email reminders are very effective, you can define on a case-by-case basis which clients or patients you want to remind by email or SMS. SMS are billed to us by telecom operators.
• Prepayment fees if you opt for this solution to secure appointments. We are not advocates of this mode of operation, in terms of image it is negative. Banks charge for this service, we can set up the technical side but the banking fees remain your responsibility
